Going through a crisis is really rough. The inability to change a horrible situation can damper anybody’s outlook.
This situation is more than horrible. As my friend Nancy says, “it sucks”.
One point from last night’s email stands out to me — 365 has reiterated our data is safe and has not been accessed. I use that thought as a lighthouse to center my outlook.
In between reaching out to 365 and updating landing pages, our team is trying to help in any way we can.

Aubrey emailed me with a really good question about Stripe subscriptions. It’s our understanding that once the site returns live previous unpaid subscriptions will renew.
Sarah asked about how to restore her suspended Pinterest account. The landing system that we implemented returns a message to bots that the server is still there but not currently in service. Sarah’s Pinterest account was reactivated shortly after that system came online.
I have not received an update from 365 today. I don’t expect guidance from them until tonight. I continue to monitor and reach out.
