Network Outage

I can’t apologize enough for the network and hosting outage we are experiencing today.

This unprecedented outage is with an upstream service provider we use as part of our infrastructure.

We have never had an outage last this long.

I have been in contact with our infrastructure providers and am working diligently to fully understand and resolve the situation within their infrastructure. I don’t have a definitive timeline or answer for you yet. You put your trust in us for your website. Today we let that trust down.

I hope to be emailing you again soon with news of a resolution.

We will be providing a full post-mortem once everything is back and our investigation is complete.
