| Hi I can’t apologize enough for the network and hosting outage we are experiencing today. This unprecedented outage is with an upstream service provider we use as part of our infrastructure. We have never had an outage last this long. I have been in contact with our infrastructure providers and am working diligently to fully understand and resolve the situation within their infrastructure.
